Privacy statement

Workstill works with your financial data, and we handle it with care. Below you can read which data we process, why, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

Workstill is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99635542. You can reach us at info@workstill.nl. We are responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement.

2. What data we process

When you contact us or book a call: your name, email address, and whatever you write or tell us.

When you're a client: the data we need to automate your bookkeeping, such as invoices, ledger entries, business email and data from your accounting software. This may include details of your own clients and suppliers.

3. Why we use that data

We only use your data to answer your questions, schedule a call and deliver our services. We do so on the basis of our agreement with you, or because you asked us to get in touch. We never sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

4. Financial data

For clients, we process financial data on their behalf. We agree on this in writing beforehand in a data processing agreement. The software we use only uses your data to process your own bookkeeping, never to train other systems.

5. Who we share data with

We only share data with parties we need to do our work, such as our hosting provider, email provider, scheduling service and the accounting software you use. We have agreements with them on security and confidentiality.

6. How long we keep data

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for up to one year, unless you become a client. Data covered by the Dutch tax retention obligation is kept for as long as the law requires (usually seven years).

7. Security

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections and restricted access.

8. Your rights

You can always view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to how it's used or ask for a copy. Just email info@workstill.nl. We'll respond within four weeks.

Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
